Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. ZANZAN does not store card, UPI or banking credentials on the website.
Analytics and Advertising
If you choose Allow analytics, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads may record website visits and shopping actions such as product views, cart activity, checkout and completed purchases. Browser details, advertising identifiers and contact information you enter may be normalized or hashed for matching. These services help measure campaigns and show more relevant ZANZAN advertising. Essential-only visitors do not send consented browser analytics or advertising events.
Verified Purchase Measurement
After a successful payment, ZANZAN may send a purchase event to Meta's Conversions API. Contact details used for matching are normalized and irreversibly hashed before transmission. Payment credentials are never sent to Meta.
WhatsApp Choice
WhatsApp order updates and occasional offers are optional. We record consent only when the checkout box is selected or when you reply START. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not treat a website visit as WhatsApp marketing consent.
Your Choices
You can select Essential only in the website notice, clear saved browser data, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or contact ZANZAN support to request access, correction or deletion of your customer details.
